Hints & Tips
If you're setting out on your first production, you'll probably be feeling a little nervous. So an explanation of what lies ahead may be helpful.
Firstly, you need a clear idea of your aims. You may want to motivate your sales force, tell your shareholders about your successful year, or create a Video News Release to satisfy interest in your company from broadcasters. You'll have ideas about how you want to achieve this, and we'll listen to what you tell us and suggest ways to proceed. Together, we'll come up with a storyline - what some call a storyboard - and from there, move on to a script. We'll agree a format - how the finished production will look - and who will appear. By the time we get to the shooting stage, there will be a clear understanding of what has to happen on the day.
Once shooting is complete, we'll begin to put everything together in our state-of-the-art post-production facility. We'll create graphics, add in any extras you may want, and show you a rough cut for your opinion. We'll then polish the edit with the changes you want, before producing the final version on whatever format you need. DVD and the internet are just two of the end-use possibilities.
